New Website 12/16/2011
 
Welcome to the new website design.  There are several new features and easier navigation for everyone. Special thanks to Mary Kenny for all her help.

Lots of travel and busy days ahead.  Trying to head out west to Texas, NM, AZ, and then Monument Valley in Utah by early March.  Everyone asks how I can do all that driving, but when you get there, it all makes sense. 

Lots of work in the department and in production too.  Still trying to record a new CD and finish work on The Moon Prince which UNC Charlotte produced almost a year ago.  When it's done it will make everyone proud, I promise.

    James is Chair of the Department of Theatre at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

    He is currently directing George C. Wolfe's The Colored Museum, opening February 22 and running through March 3, 2012 in the Lab Theatre at UNC Charlotte.

    Production work continues   on the sound recording for The Moon Prince: A Rap Opera with a tentative release date in Spring 2012.  Check out the Production page for more details about this project.

    In addition to his work in theater, James has formed a music production company, Sonic Art Productions, and several exciting projects are now underway. View the Music page for more information.
